Support

A person reads this inbox. Because Bivvy has no account and no server, we can’t see your data — which also means we can’t break it, lose it, or peek at it to debug. Your description and screenshots are the whole picture.

Write to support@bivvycamp.com — include what you did, what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot if you can.

My devices aren’t syncing

Both devices need the same Apple ID, iCloud Drive on, and Settings › iCloud sync turned on in Bivvy. The Settings › iCloud sync screen says plainly what it’s waiting for — “this iPhone is not signed in to iCloud” means exactly that. A “Sync now” button is right there when you’d rather not wait.

I reinstalled — where are my trips?

If iCloud sync was on before, sign in to the same Apple ID, turn sync on, and your workspace returns on its own. If Bivvy finds more than one workspace in your iCloud it will ask which one is yours rather than guess — that question is safe to answer either way, and a backup snapshot is kept first.

My data, my exit

Settings › Backup exports a complete .bivvy file you can keep anywhere and re-import later — sync is not backup, and the app says so itself. Deleting your iCloud copy or the whole app is covered on the privacy page, “Deleting things.”

Why can’t I buy Bivvy Pro?

Pro isn’t on sale yet — the screen in the app says so honestly. Everything free today stays free; Pro arrives in a later update.

Beta testing

Bivvy runs a TestFlight beta before releases. If you’d like in, say so at support@bivvycamp.com.
